Frontline is such a great gym for people of all different levels with a team of very supportive, helpful and experienced trainers who are always around to help you with any questions and correct your technique. everyone that trains there is super friendly and motivating. It’s the first gym I have been to that doesn’t feel intimidating due to the friendly and helpful nature of everyone. Highly recommend this gym, especially if you’re a beginner looking to start out as you will learn so much!

At Frontline, we have developed a unique model where we have coaches on the gym floor to coach and support you between our coaching hours. There is no need to book in, you simply access the gym at the time that best suits you, with the peace of mind knowing there will be coaches available to guide you throughout your whole program!
No. Again, with our model you have unlimited access to the facility. Due to the perks of having your own coach, your coach will tailor the program to best suit your adherence to training.
