Fitness has been my lifeline since I was a teenager. I started going to the gym at 15 after being bullied and found that it gave me confidence and a sense of purpose.
I’ve faced some tough times—like being homeless at 19 and later deployed to Iraq at 21—but staying fit kept me grounded. It became my way to push through life’s challenges, teaching me how important it is to be strong both physically and mentally.
With the support of my partner, Venessa, I was able to pursue my passion for fitness and build a career while also serving in the military, where I learned what true resilience looks like.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping other busy professionals and parents who want to be at their best for their families and careers. I know how hard it can be to juggle everything, but I believe fitness goes far beyond just looking good—it’s about improving how you feel, how you show up for others, and how you navigate life’s challenges.
My goal is to build a personal training brand that really cares about people, both in and out of the gym, while also giving back by helping disadvantaged youth. Fitness changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation
Semi-Private Coaching is a personalised small group personal training session, limited at a maximum of 4 people per session. We have a dedicated personal trainer with you throughout the whole session, removing the potential of being lost in a large group class style session
Yes we do. All of our clients receive a personalised program that is designed for them within their first week with us after doing some assessments and testing.
All of our clients have a dedicated Client Success Owner. This means we will track, assess and compare all of your training and health data to ensure we are progressing.
This happens during your 6-week check in with your CSO.
We are not a standard gym. We want you to show up and this is why we keep an attendance log. Anyone who doesn't attend their personal training session will be contacted and kept accountable to their health, nutrition, training and recovery.
We encourage our clients to meet with us for at least 2-3 sessions per week to see maximal results
