What happens after the 4 weeks is over?

Love us or leave us. What we mean is, if the training and coaching at Frontline doesn't feel like it is the right fit for you, thats ok. You can have peace of mind knowing there are no string attached. We assure you that during the 4 weeks, we will do everything in our power to give you the best experience possible

What if I am not fit enough?

We do not believe there needs to be a standard to begin a fitness and health journey. Our supportive coaches are here to support you and guide you a long your whole journey!

How much does this cost?

The 4-week Commit to Fit Program is an upfront payment of $399

What does it mean by 'Coaches on the gym floor'?

At Frontline, we have developed a unique model where we have coaches on the gym floor to coach and support you between our coaching hours. There is no need to book in, you simply access the gym at the time that best suits you, with the peace of mind knowing there will be coaches available to guide you throughout your whole program!

Is there a limit on how many days I can train?

No. Again, with our model you have unlimited access to the facility. Due to the perks of having your own coach, your coach will tailor the program to best suit your adherence to training.
